Report a problem

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, the approximate time, and whether you used the website, ChatGPT, or Claude. Include an error code or a redacted screenshot if useful. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or confidential loan documents.

Sign-in and connection help

For website sign-in problems, retry Google sign-in and check that your browser permits the sign-in window. If a ChatGPT or Claude connection expires or requests authorization, reconnect through that assistant’s connector settings with the intended Google account. If the problem persists, email us with the error shown. Connector availability depends on the current release.

Connect DebtStack to Claude

In Claude, open Customize → Connectors and add a custom connector with the server URL https://debtstack.tools/mcp/. Keep the trailing slash. On the DebtStack consent page, check the requesting client and claude.ai destination, choose Continue to Google, and sign in with your intended Google account. No separate DebtStack signup or client secret is required.

Start with “Help me model my lending business using the assumptions I already know” or “Build and run an illustrative example using your defaults.” DebtStack asks about missing inputs. To compare alternatives, ask to change an assumption while keeping the baseline unchanged. Ask explicitly to save a named scenario, then retrieve it in a later conversation without rerunning it.

Drafts autosave and calculation results are retained under your account. Use the same Google identity to access your DebtStack account across supported clients. The connector supports USD scenarios with a single fixed-rate debt facility and multiple loan products. Claude Code connections are not currently supported.

Account and data requests

Email rohit@thesharmas.org with the account email and the type of request, such as access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify account ownership. Disconnecting a ChatGPT or Claude connection does not itself delete data held by DebtStack. Deletion scope, timing, and backup handling must be confirmed for your request.

Understand your results

DebtStack calculates scenarios from your assumptions. Review inputs, warnings, and unsupported terms before relying on a result. A simulation is not a loan offer or financial advice.
